The Wisdom of Reiki

Our beginner’s Reiki course will guide you through the wisdom of Reiki, an ancient Japanese touch therapy that reduces stress and induces relaxation. It can help alleviate emotional, mental, and physical pain or trauma being experienced, and has become a go-to technique for holistic practitioners around the world.

“Reiki” is comprised of two Japanese words: Rei, meaning “God’s wisdom/Higher Power” and Ki: “Life force energy”. Combining the two into Reiki, you have “spiritually guided life force energy”.

In this course, you’ll learn how to heal yourself and become more familiarized with identifying and attuning your energy to surrounding energies. You’ll be able to balance your chakras and improve your focus and health.

Among the many aspects of Reiki you’ll learn include:

How to connect to your higher self through meditation.
Acquainting yourself with the seven chakras including their positions, colors, and meaning.
What the aura is and how to protect and cleanse it.
How to scan yourself for energy blocks.
Differing hand positions for healing.
The history of Reiki.
All about angels and spirit guides.
How and why to use a pendulum.

Reiki 1 includes overnight accommodation with all meals included.
